My journeys have taken me across continents and coasts – from D.C. to California, Maine to Florida, and eventually to my current home in Washington state, enriched by explorations through Asia and Europe. These travels opened my eyes to a vibrant of human style, a curated of self-expression where no single aesthetic reigns supreme. I came to believe deeply that the most 'premium' style isn't about a price tag or a fleeting trend, but about how authentically it reflects the individual.

For me, true self-expression is the new fashion – an era where our choices tell our story, reflecting our values and our journey. As a 24-year-old, I was inspired to create Curated Expressions. It’s a brand entirely conceived and run by youth, yet dedicated to the timeless principles of individuality and intentional living that I believe resonate deeply, especially with discerning Gen X women. This vision is also rooted in a profound belief in giving back; that's why a quarter of our profits (25%) are pledged to impactful organizations like Dress for Success, Remake, Global Fund for Women, initiatives supporting the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), and ForYouPage.Org causes that champion empowerment, ethical practices, and the arts.

Curated Expressions, under my vision, stands for much more than just the items we offer. It represents:

Sourcing Philosophy: The Art of Intentional Discovery

My approach to sourcing for Curated Expressions is deeply personal and guided by the principle of 'intentional discovery.' I'm not looking to replicate what's already everywhere. Instead, I seek out pieces that possess a distinct character, an inherent narrative quality, or a unique potential for self-expression that aligns with our 'ethical, de-commercialized, intentional style' ethos.

This also means our finds are often small-batch, leading to our commitment of offering only 30 units of each unique style. Once they're gone, they're truly gone, encouraging thoughtful acquisition over mass consumption.

My curatorial eye, shaped by global influences and a deep appreciation for individuality, personally vets every piece. The goal is to offer a collection where each item feels like a thoughtful discovery, ready to become part of someone's cherished expression.
